1. Program Activation
Effective immediately, StickVet.com is officially operational. The platform provides authorized public access to Stick Vet’s YouTube media library, official Facebook comic archives, personnel and mentor team profiles, and a secure link to the authorized merchandise outlet at shop.stickvet.com
2. Public Correspondence
To enhance transparency and engagement with the public, a dedicated fanmail communication channel has been established.
All correspondence and inquiries should be directed to: iam AT stickvet DOT com (ELECTRONIC MAIL)
This address serves as the official point of contact for non-operational communication with the Stick Nation community.
3. Community Oversight and Moderation
In support of improved digital environment management, the Stick Vet Facebook moderation element has been expanded. The team will double its personnel strength to ensure more efficient monitoring, response, and enforcement regarding inappropriate or concerning content.
4. Information Accessibility Initiative
An infographic initiative is underway to improve understanding of the Mod Mail reporting and rule process. Upon completion, this asset will be integrated into the community’s digital rule book. The interface will enable members to initiate support tickets directly through an interactive, user-friendly system. In essence, we’ll be integrating more visual aids to ensure accessibility and ease of access. (We put a pretty picture in da rulez)
5. Communications Conduct Policy
A zero-tolerance enforcement standard is now active for explicit (R-rated or X-rated) material transmitted via voice, text, and video communications.
Violations will result in an immediate 24-hour communication suspension, to be executed at the discretion of authorized moderators. Additional infractions will result in additional punishment.
6. Reporting and Support Procedures
Community members on the Discord platform are instructed to route all assistance requests and issue reports through the Stick Nation Server Safety Team Moderator or Mentors or message the Mod Mail ticket system.
Direct communication with Admins or Stick regarding routine matters is not authorized, ensuring adherence to established reporting protocols.
